The deadline for filing taxes with MAXIMUM TAX SERVICES LLC is April 15th of each year, unless an extension is granted.

Please bring the following in order to file your return. The items required depends on what type of return you are filing. If you are unsure of what to bring, please contact us and we will be happy to help you. 

• Government issued ID (Driver license, passport)
• Social security cards for each person listed on the return
• Proof of Address
• W-2 forms
• 1099, 1098T forms
• Tax Credits
• Receipts, Write offs, and any other relevant tax documents. 

There are several variables that determine your refund amount.

• Your taxable income
• The amount of federal and/or state taxes withheld from your paycheck
• Your tax rate
